    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to refrigerate the cans?

Our coffee is shelf-stable until opened. Consume within 3 days once opened. Best served chilled or over ice. Consume within 3 days once opened.

How long does the coffee last?

Each can has a “Best By” date printed on the bottom. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

    Where is your coffee sourced?

We source our beans directly from family farms in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Our blends use both Robusta and Arabica beans — with a higher ratio of Robusta for the bold, smooth, and chocolatey flavor that defines authentic Vietnamese coffee.

Why do I see small clumps sometimes?

We use real ube (purple yam) powder. Natural clumping can happen and doesn’t affect taste or quality.

    Is it sweet?

Ube has a nutty, earthy flavor — not overly sweet. The coffee’s balanced profile lets that unique character shine.
