WHY DOES VIETNAMESE COFFEE CONTAIN CONDENSED MILK?

Due to the scarcity of fresh milk back when coffee was first introduced to Vietnam from the French, condensed milk was used instead.

WHY IS VIETNAMESE COFFEE SO STRONG?

Vietnamese coffee blends consist mostly of Robusta beans which contain more caffeine (almost twice as much) than that found in Arabica beans.
